Throughout my life I have felt chronically homesick for a home I've never known here on earth, and this turned me into a lifelong spiritual seeker. During my formative years, I learned toxic coping skills, stunted my growth, and damaged the root of my foundation. As a result, I sprouted branches of over giving, people pleasing, and perfectionism, which fruited seasons of depression, anxiety, and chronic illness in my physical body. And yet, there was always the seed of my "salt of the earth spirit" aching to live life with more freedom and less pain. When I became a mother, that calling became undeniable and led me on a path of deeper self-discovery. I began to consume every ounce of information I could find about healing trauma, the mind body connection, spiritual and religious wisdom, and esoteric and mystical arts.
 
I have a deep knowing that there are infinitely creative ways to connect to your own divine source of love, peace, acceptance, and wisdom. Reiki and Mediumship have been the most powerful and transformative methods for me to connect and heal. Reiki clears the slate for connection, and mediumship allows spirit to share wisdom about what is clogging up your root system, what needs to be nourished or pruned for growth, and how to playfully and spiritually bring healing to your connection with the divine.
